Position: Property Manager

Pay Range: $60,000-$100,000 with quarterly bonus based on performance

Position Type: Full-time (on-site)

Location: Lemont, IL

Key responsibilities:

· Manage portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring efficient operation and maximum profitability.

· Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including repairs, renovations, and vendor management.

· Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

· Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to minimize vacancies and maximize rental income.

· Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests, maintaining positive relationships with residents.

· Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including budget, rent collections, and expense tracking.

· Enforcing evictions

· Tenant screening

· Developing and implementing growth plan

Requirements:

· Proven experience in property management, with track record of success in managing residential and/or commercial properties.

· Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants, owners, and vendors.

· Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
